For the safety of our customers and staff, we are participating in the *Restrictions Exemption Program* (REP), effective Tuesday, September 21. These guidelines are mandated by the Government of Alberta. We will continue to follow indoor mandatory masking requirements. Any person over the age of 12 dining in Blue Willow Restaurant must provide one of the following: · proof of vaccination (paper or electronic copy is acceptable) o partial vaccination (one dose) accepted September 20 to October 25 if received 2 weeks before time of service o full vaccination (two doses) required after October 25 · proof of a privately-paid negative PCR or rapid test within 72 hours of service (tests from AHS or Alberta Precision Laboratories not allowed) · documentation of a medical exemption
