We’re participating in the *RESTRICTIONS EXEMPTION PROGRAM* (REP) which applies to* dine-in as well as pick-ups:* Any person over the age of 12, *dining in or placing a pick up order* at Blue Willow Restaurant must provide one of the following: · proof of vaccination (paper or electronic copy is acceptable) o partial vaccination (one dose) accepted September 20 to October 25 if received 2 weeks before time of service o full vaccination (two doses) required after October 25 · proof of a privately-paid negative PCR or rapid test within 72 hours of service (tests from AHS or Alberta Precision Laboratories not allowed) · documentation of a medical exemption If you don’t have any of these documents, we offer curb-side pick up and delivery.
